Mark Jernigan, Investment Committee Chair

Mark is the managing partner of both Cimarron funds. He was previously a principal in Jernigan-Kinsella & Co., a member firm of the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Board of Trade Clearing Corporation. Prior to the launch of the U.S. Government Bond futures contract, he designed a proprietary arbitrage model to capitalize on trading opportunities when futures prices and cash bonds deviated from fair value. That business was acquired by Cantor, Fitzgerald, where Mark continued for several years as Senior Vice President and Managing Director.

In each capacity, over a period of approximately 17 years, he was responsible for assisting many primary government dealer firms and other large financial service firms in carrying out their trading strategies in the financial futures marketplace.

Prior to that, he was employed by Halsey, Stuart & Co., and Lehman Brothers, Inc. as an institutional salesman.

Ronald Jones, Investment Committee Member

Ron previously was partner and manager of the investment consulting practice at Hewitt Associates. In this capacity, he evaluated investment advisory firms and provided advice to institutional clients on establishing investment policy and the selection of investment managers. Ron currently serves Cimarron in an advisory capacity

He serves on the Retirement Board (Investment Committee) of the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and the Board of Trustees for Gustavus Adolphus College, where he chairs the Investment Committee.

Ronald Schutz, Investment Committee Member

His career in investment banking and institutional fixed income sales involved positions as a principal in several firms, including Halsey Stuart; Vincent, Chesley, & Co.; Prescott, Ball & Turben; The Chicago Corporation, and ABN AMRO. He has experience in institutional sales focused on fixed income, derivatives, private placement, and alternative investments.

Wilson Williams, Investment Committee Member

Wilson is the principal owner and President of Williams Financial Group (WFG) located in Dallas, Texas. WFG is a registered broker-dealer with the N.A.S.D. and a Registered Investment Advisor with the Securities Exchange Commission. WFG, founded in 1987, provides clearance and financial support services for financial advisors throughout the United States. The financial advisors are associated with WFG as independent contractors and utilize WFG for trading services, market research, certain proprietary products and general administrative support. As principal of the firm, Mr. Williams is responsible for the regulatory supervision and the daily activities of the firm, as well as new product development and firm growth through acquisition and affiliation of new offices and advisors. Prior to 1987, Mr. Williams was employed by E.F. Hutton and Co. as Vice President and Branch Manager in Dallas, Texas.

Peter E. Friedes, Advisory Board

Pete was the Chief Executive Officer of Hewitt Associates, an international consulting firm, from 1970 to 1993. During this time revenue growth averaged 23% a year while the number of employees increased from 300 to 4000. Beginning in 1983 and in every updated edition during Mr. Friedes' tenure, Hewitt Associates was named as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work for in America. One of the many consulting services offered by Hewitt is creating the investment policy for the employee retirement plans of major corporate clients and then assisting those clients in the search for investment management firms to implement the policy. Mr. Friedes has taught at the Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University and has been a guest lecturer at Harvard, Emory, and the University of Michigan. He has served on various boards and is currently Chairman of a University affiliated volunteer group. He is the author of the recently published book on management, The 2R Manager.

William D. Andrews, Advisory Board

Bill started his business career with Scudder, Stevens & Clark in Chicago and subsequently served in various capacities from 1976- 2002 for Stein Roe & Farnham, a multi-billion dollar investment management firm (also based in Chicago) that was sold to Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in 1986 and later to FleetBoston Financial in 2001. He was a General Partner and a member of Stein Roe's Investment Policy Committee, and the Executive Vice-President and Director of Fixed Income for the successor entities. In addition, Mr. Andrews was head of the institutional client service and marketing departments. He serves as a Trustee for Midwestern University, and is a Board member for a mix of corporate and civic organizations.

William Swee

William provides administrative and analytical support for our funds. He attended Northwestern University where he obtained his B.A. in Economics (Honors) and Philosophy. William was selected by the faculty of the Economics Department to participate in the honors program, in which he wrote a thesis developing a quantitative model that described the Federal Trade Commission's merger regulation actions. For this research, he received the Robert Eisner Award for Excellence in Economic Research. In addition, William was the captain of the undergraduate Northwestern team that competed in the L'Oreal E-Strat International Business Challenge, placing in the top 3% in North America. He also received a Nolan Scholarship for his contribution to the Northwestern community, which included heading business analysis for the Openshutter Project. A member of the Northwestern Triathlon Club in its inaugural year, William continues to compete in triathlons and ultramarathons in his spare time.

Maggie Bolotin

Maggie provides administrative and analytical support for our funds. She obtained her B.A. in Political Science (Honors), with a focus on International Relations, from the University of Notre Dame. One of ten students selected to launch the undergraduate research program for the Mendoza College of Business, she presented her conclusions on Emissions Trading and the Carbon Financial Markets at Notre Dame's First Annual Undergraduate Scholars Conference, as well as to members of the Chicago Climate Exchange. Previously, she interned in the Economic Affairs section at the U.S. Embassy in London, and also studied abroad in Russia in both St. Petersburg and Moscow. Maggie has studied the Russian, French and Spanish languages. She is a Notre Dame Biathlon champion and competes in triathlons in her free time.
