Integrity is a key factor in investment risk. For this reason, we require transparency from our underlying managers. We perform a thorough due-diligence process on all hedge funds with which the Cimarron Funds are invested. We also provide investors access to extensive information about our funds so they can make fully informed decisions. That includes our investment and due diligence processes, names of underlying managers, audited financial statements, and any other information germane to their investment decisions. We have found that a high level of transparency not only mitigates risk, but enhances relationships with both our underlying managers and our clients.
